SME (‘BMS/BEMS’)
Applications
SME (‘BMS/BEMS’)
- Connectivity in infrastructure
- Power sub metering
- Environmental monitoring
- HVAC learning control
- Lighting control
- Cloud based
- Cloud based
GUIs for
- End users
- Facilities managers
- Utilities
- One controller for all functions dramatically reducing cost of hardware and install

Networks (‘BMS’)
- Connectivity in infrastructure
- Power sub metering
- Environmental monitoring
- Control (if required)
- Cloud based
GUIs for
- Engineers
- NOCs
- Flexible deployment from small ‘street’ cabins to larger buildings and control rooms
Data Centres (‘DCIM’)
- Connectivity through the DC
- Power sub-metering
- Environmental monitoring
- Hardware agnostic
- Customizable GUIs
- Multiple users
- Historical data
- Optimisation - including CFD Lite
- Passive infrastructure control
- Cloud or on premise
- Multi language

Refrigeration Monitoring
- Using low-power IoT technology, SMARTset utilizes temperature and humidity sensors to collect, store and analyze fridge temperatures.
- SMARTset is used both locally (on device) and in the cloud to orchestrate control and provide competent dash boarding and reporting interface to users via a secure web front-end.
- Standard and bespoke reports include the exact information you need in your preferred format
- Reports are generated in .pdf, .csv & .xls formats and can be distributed on demand or on a user defined schedule.
- Once a report is defined, it can be exercised and distributed through different channels – SMS, email, VFS etc.

- Scales – from micro-controller (SMARTstation) to Cloud cluster
- Enterprise ready – Single Sign On, LDAP/AD, SMTP
- Extensible – UI GWT style portlets, OSGi Plugin Framework
Back-end
- Browser neutral – IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox
- Entirely HTML5/Javascript/CSS3 – no plugins
- Responsive UI – responds to browser environment and adjusts accordingly (phone, tablet etc.)
- Internationalised – multiple languages
- Skinnable
Smart City Framework

Licensing
- CAPEX – Traditional Appliance based Software License
- OPEX – Cloud flexible PAYG (pay as you grow) models
- Simplicity (operate as a container based license system)
Where most vendors want to charge you per node, 4ENERGY will only charge you based on a physical location. A rack with PDU’s, locks, sensors is considered a one-license, while a CRAC unit is labeled as a single license. This helps identify and work out in a timely manner how many containers are needed for a customers estate.
